Any thoughts about upgraded cams in a DOHC 4.6, are really worth the bang for the buck?

That's a good question on a four valve. Are you still naturally aspirated?

Most people use stock cobra cams unless you are going all out. The important question as Todd said is it N/A or forced induction.

Its in process right now to be N/A but if come across the right deal want to put a Mamouth blower on it. Bored 20 over long tube headers and short big mouth x-pipe as of right now.

Bottom end has Eagle forged crank MMR H-beam rods and Molly forged pistons.

If you are undecided then just stick with stock. 96-98 cams are considered the best DOHC cams for boost, whereas if you want to stay NA you should get some custom grind ones.

What would be the best recommendation for cams. I still want torque of course but don't want to loose full top end power.
