A buy back vehicle is forever labeled on CarFax. Something like a salvage branding.
It seems like it may not have the front Saleen brake upgrade either.

Yeah I doubt it does. My friend boght an 07 SC281 and it didnt even come with the upgraded brakes. they paid around 75,000 for it also. What a waste plus my at the time stock Cobra put a hurtn on that car 4 times in a row. -Shane

I've seen this car in person at my sister's apartment complex. It doesn't appear to have the upgraded brakes. It's got scratches on the rear bumper right by the taillights and throughout the exterior of the car. His car is always parked out in the open thus exposing it to the elements. But it's a nice ride overall!
