2006 Matte black Beauty

i am from kansas but i am currently living in san diego. I have noticed the wicked stangs car decal is that for members only if so how would one go about trying to become a member? when i first got the car it was stock ive put alot of work in to it and i would like to get more involved with other mustang enthusiast.
