Yeah gears are the way to go but the way you like to fly down highway I would go with 3:73 or 3:90. I was messing around with a Porshe this morning and I had him merging on highway till we got about 125 mph and he begin to pull I let off becase of my RPM was getting kinda high. I had to run back to base this afternoon for a housing issue and on way home a WRX was messing with me. We pulled of the 15th on to Aero and both lined up. Thank goodness for gears! I pulled him through 1st and second he cought me in 3rd and about 4000 rpm I pulled away from him. Its up to you but your driving style I would go 3:73

phil whats goin on brother. Dude you should check out centerforce clutches i think they are called. and wicked cobra i would for sure go with 3:73's. with those you will still be able to somewhat cruise down the highway at a moderate rpm. if you go 4:10 or higher i would recommend getting a T56 to go along with it. As for mods with my cobra i have a JLT cai and a catted x pipe sitting in my garage. i havent put them on yet because i have been considdering selling her to get a terminator. on the car as of right now is just exhaust and suspension, shortthrow, clutch quad, and a couple little things here and there. but if i decide to keep her a blower will for sure be going on.

Venom I would just go with a paxton or something if I where you keep the car you have. With the supercharger you will put down more power than a terminator. Emilio is finding me a clutch. Going to put it in next weekend after payday Venom

Wiked hook it up. Been doing shopping with Emilio. going with a Spec clutch, pan hard bar and springs this Friday. We could be like a pit crew lol throwing on parts. Should help me drop ET's I think. I am also going to help the wife with Yard sale and put my wheels and tires out there to get rid of. If someone said hey I will give you 400$ I would take it at this point and then on First get some Drag Radials

i have a 99 cobra conv. with full exhaust, lowering springs, 3.73's, paxton 1000rr@10lbs, poly motor mounts, trans mount, rear diff (all 3) bushings, irs subframe bushings, mm full length subframe connectors,2000 cobra R's with 285 nittos in back and 265's up front. just had it dyno tuned by jba and made 487rwhp on a safe 10.9 a/f ratio but had to upgrade the fuel system to a single gt40 fuel pump which held up to 455rwhp and then had to throw a kenne bell boost a pump on before the fpdm and the fuel was no issue after that. still kinda looks like a 6.
