Banned members logging on?

I'm on at 02:00 and noticed that out of the 7 members online, 4 of them show banned.

Can they still lurk if they're banned?

The one that caught my attention was 9T3SVT. Isn't he the guy with the modded 93 Teal Cobra? curious...Why did he get banned?

You get banned if you are not online for more than so many days.. I think we determined 60 days.. It automatically puts you in a banned status. Once he logs in he is supose to be put back in a registered status...
