Cleaning and some caliper painting

Well I dont care for the pasty grey that was comming out from behind my black FR500's so I did something about it today. Cleaned up the wheel well, cleaned inside of rims, wire wheeled the hub and applied some grease so the rotors would come off easy in the future. Painted the calipers a dark gray metallic that matches the car pretty good. Might look like a subtle change for the work involved but to me it was worth it. Still need to knock out the rears one weekend in the future. -Shane

did the calipers have any letters needing to be masked off? or is that just on the Termies?

Thanks guys, the paint was at Autozone. The Machs dont have the Cobra letters but if you have to do them the best thing to do is paint the letters and let sit for 45 minutes. Then with a flat tip exacto knife cut the soft paint away from the top of the Cobra letters, then clear. -Shane
