clutch pedal

on my 01 gt my clutch pedal is really stiff. something i can deal with but having a bum clutch leg it gets annoying. i plan on buying a firewall ajuster in the near future but not sure wich one to go with. and also could it be anything with the clutch pedal itself?

You probably have an aftermarket clutch in there that makes it harder than normal to push. King Cobra clutches work great but it take three men and a small boy to push.
