<div>Ever since PRI we have been hearing a lot about the new Mustang and its developments from Ford Racing. Jim Cunningham and Erica Enders have teamed up to debut a pair of 2010 Mustangs at this weekends U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis. The highly sought after bodies with its increased aerodynamics along with the new chassis will advance the performance of Ford’s presence in Pro Stock significantly. Cunningham has long been a lone ranger in the Pro Stock field by running Ford’s but it appears that his determination is finally paying off.<br />

The Mustang that Cunningham will be driving is a Jerry Haas built piece while the Mustang of Enders was started at Don Ness’ shop. Cunningham pulled the car from Don Ness and sent it to Dennie Burnevik at Sinned Customs for completion. While they may look like twins they each have their own unique attributes. One of the large developments in Fords program is the new “Hemi” that is in the production stages but not yet available.<br />

While competing in this weekends race the new “Hemi” will still be on the sidelines, but Ford has provided Cunningham with some interim parts for competition. Many of these pieces have spent countless hours on the dyno in the research and development department at Ford. Considerable amounts of power have been found in these pieces that Jim and Erica will run which just adds to the anticipation for what is to come next season.</div>
