Exhaust Manifold Swap

Reports of RPMM's closing are inaccurate. They are still in business, albeit with some restructuring, and a different business model.

Currently they are working by appointment only, and are limiting the jobs they will do to upgrades and cool stuff. No junkers, and mostly upgrades.

My car is there having the exhaust manifolds swapped. I had trouble finding shorty headers that are smog legal for my year. So I took a spare set of stockers, had them port matched, and alumicoated.

The finish should last for years, as the aluminum oxide is a .015 thick coating applied at high temperature.

The JBA's are smog legal they have a exception certification on file for your year, I'm pretty sure I saw it when I went through the Smog website during that month my car was at the Smog testing center for the certification testing of the 2010 and above shorty headers.
