Good car stereo shop?

Looking for a good stereo shop to install my amp. It's easy but rather just pay to have it done by the pros. Also..has anyone seen any shops in the area that sells the PRO BOX thats the rhino lined black subwoofer box? Few pics of the system to hit the Mach.-Shane

I had my setup done and box made at AudioCar in Chula Vista on Third Ave. I don't have their info right now. But my Mustang's setup and my Explorer set up was done there and I have no complaint. Good quality work.

BTW....my Explorer had a touch screen NAV/CD/DVD/TV/MP3 deck. 10" flip down monitor in the rear. Mids and tweeters installed. TV receivers, monitors in the front and headrest.

yea those guys are good,theres a few more places on the next street from 3d avenue,on Broadway..you will find alot of stereo on that street

I'm so mad cause I bought the speaker box about 3 weeks ago and nothing. Everytime I call I get transferred and then hung up on. They dont respond on their site either. I have been flooding their email account. So who here in SD area has the largest selection of subwoofer boxes? I'm want a probox so if anyone knows who sells them please let me know. Need some tunes!!!! -Shane

There is a good shop over off of Rosecrans down one of the side streets. I dont recall the name, i'll try and look it up. The owner is a real nice guy and hooked me up with some good speaker wire when i did the install on my car.

Are you referring to the shop, AudioCar, or the website for your speakers? A little confuse about which you were talking about. If its the shop, sorry to hear that. They have always been good when I dealt with them.

I think you are talking about Progressive? If you are, yes, they're a good place, too. We sent some of our unmark vehicles to have the lights, sirens, and other electronics hook up when the County garage is too busy.

shane i can do your install as far as running all your wires and hooking up everything as long as you already have everything and if ya need some stuff let me know i have all kinds of 4 gauge wireing but yeah just let me know i can do the install and you wont have to pay a shop to do it

I like them because he talked me out of buying expensive rca cables, and showed me some made local that where just as good and half the price. Then hooked me up with some killer flat speaker wire and gave me some tips of wireing my two amps and all my components

No danny I bought the speaker box off a website online. I know if I buy a new speaker box I will then get this one..its my luck. Will try like hell next week and if not I will get another. Sucks cause it cost me 170 bucks and shipping was 70 bucks! But I like that box enough that it was worth it to me. -Shane
