LOL THat is it..I am trading mine on a new model year..Im Kidding. Speaking of trading though. I been readin alot about these new mustangs coming out.. I been thinking of trading mine if if they come out with one stock around 400 hp. just and my tuner and bolt ons to it..
I been thinking about a new shifter as well Andy. Sometimes mine seems like it dont want to go into and 3rd is hard to find. i cant wait till bakersfield opens back up so we can all make a trip down there to actually run our cars. I would have ran at FFW if my hotel didnt get screwed up and I didnt have a bunch of crap in my trunk. LONG STORY. Sometimes better not to plan I think lol.
Andy just do us all a favor and knock on the farmers door that has the air strip..Tell him the Wicked Stangs want it repaved, a hose ran out so we can do our burnouts, and a x-mas tree so we dont have to run off a arm drop. If he is cool with that have him put up a board at the end of 1/4 so we can get our times. LOL I think he actually make alot of money off it...

Well Chris after we throw your tires on my car and make a few launches i know that will help. That is my next mod is wheels and tires. I also Going to talk to Wickedstangs to see if he can get me a adjustable upper control arm for my rear end to adjust my pinion angle. I think then I will hook and go for sure.. Have you guys watched the new video in the mustang and fast fords mag this Feb issue. got the orange cobra on front? It is great..I no the route I am going now. I just have to get a hold of Wickedstangs and see if we can get some BBK parts as well. going to go with there pullys and throttlebody. That is a extra 20 HP to the wheels. I think the throttle body gave 7hp along with extra torgue, and better throttle response. The pullys gave 11 RWHP so just about 20. You can def feel a extra 20 HP. That is alot more on the moter..You loose what like 10 to 20 % in drivetrain.

I still think with the power your making you need sub frame connectors.... better shocks and struts but thats just me??? what do i know.

sub frame connectors and suspension work is never a bad idea for drag. If you want a good shifter that isnt a pain to get over to 5th and reverse like the steeda hurst makes an amazing shifter as well. I felt mine for the first time last night. Didnt get to drive it cause i finally got the tranny installed but i got to go through the gears and the throw is shorter then the steeda and it goes to 3rd perfect. Might be hard to power shift fast though sense its so short i think it would be easy to miss a gear but its all prefernce. and for 199 its a great price...

I love my MGW short throw... I payed 195 shipped for the shifter and the silencer boot...... There is nothing i don't like about it, Shifter great...Shortest throw on the market and im beeting cars with more power then me................lol

Ya iv got the MGW an its the best iv ever used. Shortest throw for the 99-04. Now if i just had a good clutch i wouldnt be missing gears still.
