Has anyone replaced there clutch?

Hey just wondering if anyone has replaced there clutch yet.
- If so where did you get it done and how much?
- what kind did you replace it with?
- how hard was it to do if you did your own?

Spec stage 3. Replaced it when put the new engine in then again when I had shifting problems. I think the second time it was around 300 at Dante's.

Oh you mean Dante did the install for 300$ Did you have problems with the clutch after he installed?

what happens when you go with a lighter flywheel? how does that affect driveability?

I have no problem with it right now. I have'nt been to the track to see if it made a difference there. I also swapped the flywheel it didn't effect the driveability any that i can tell atleast.

a lighter flywheel will help you rev faster as it is less rotating mass, billet steel flywheel should have no problem and is a bit lighter, but if you go with a billet aluminum flywheel you might get a little chatter when you slowly take off since they weigh next to nothing
