Hot Temps & Slowing Down

I have noticed that the 05/07 GTs have a loss of power issue when the ambient temperature gets above about 70 degrees. I know when mine gets hot in traffic, it doesn't have near the animalistic power it has at cooler temps even at operating temperature. Can this be remedied with a different t-stat, maybe? A change in the Predator tune ie: electric fan temps?

Jim you can go in and adjust your fans. Mine have been adjusted on my car. I never noticed mine running funny though. It seems mine runs better when its warmer out or fist thing in morning. Does seem to have the power at night. My car is a early bird.

This is the biggest design flaw Ford made on our cars. How it is designed there is no cool air getting into the top driver side of the car. The Problem with that is what goes there? Our Air Filter system. This causes our normal car temps to run a little higher than other cars and what does heat cause LOSS of Power (Bastards) lol The easy fix is put a Kenne Bell Blower on iut cause it runs the air intake down below, or custom make your own CAI. Bad thing bout that is it requires a lot of cutting around the headlight mounting brackets.

Actually Pinion bearings agin. Cant figure out why they keep going bad so we are gonna replace everything. I have to go Im the only one that knows how to get where we are going.

Wow that sucks TJ. So what are you going to do... 4:10's are good gears. Why do they keep breaking. I am sure I drive my car just as hard as you do..
