I will be at the hobby shop all day Sat and Sun working on the white beast. Gotta pull the motor and trans out again and I could sure use some help.

Wish I could man, I will be getting my own white one ready for Barona and seeing the family.
 
What time are you planning on being there? I'll try to stop and help a little bit before heading out to a party.
 
I have to get my wheel locks taken off at JBa and see what the wife has planned but other than that I may be able to stop in to help out
 
If you still need some help tommorow post something up. Getting late here have some things to do around the house. Going to take family to the base later to watch a movie but I think Im free tommorow
 
Well it was a productive day. Got the lump out n back in thanks to Steve and Shawn. hitting it again tomorrow AM if anyone is interested or bored.

For those who couldn't make it yesterday you missed Steve (fighting sailor) sitting on the cowl doing his best Slim Pickens Dr. Strangelove impersonation as he was pushing the transmission down while I was lowering the cherry picker. Too bad I didn't get a picture!
 
What a great day! I got the headers installed along with the H pipe, the tailpipes and the driveshaft. I also got all the rocker arm studs done and torqued and installed the rocker arms and set the valves. I mocked up the upper intake with the rails and injectors and was so smitten I forgot to take a picture! But rest assured it will be bad ass when it's done.
 
Sorry I couldnt make it out to help out. I had baby sitting duties today. Going back out to sea in a few days. Plus I had to beat my wheel locks off and change my tires over so I had something to drive to work.
