I permanently banned this user a few days ago. Don't know why he was able to post again. But I permanently banned him again and physically deleted the posts.

Yes you permanently banned him, but then probably deleted him....that means he can come back on and make the name again and post.....

No, I didn't delet him, just the post. I think Emilio may have deleted him last time after I banned him. He's banned again, permanently, again.
