Missouri Chapter

[Windveil Blues]

I am trying to get a Missouri/St. Louis Chapter of Wicked Stangs happening here. I am also organizing a cruise (for Phill when he comes home) with several of my friends that have muscle cars (my brother Phill, a '97 Cobra that belongs to Phill's sister, a 2001 GT of the Mustang variety... so far) and are wanting to go out and have some fun. I have found a place with good amenities (food, gas & bathrooms very close) that we can cruise to and have a show. I've lined up approximately 26 cars including a '59 Chevy two-door post and an alledged 11 second '70 Chevelle. We'll see about that. As this is my first crack at organizing this kind of event, I am open to suggestions from you more wiley, crafty and seasoned veterans. Please feel free to send them my way.

Sounds to me like you got everything under control. Just need a spot to cruise too...doesnt matter to me.

Missouri Cruise Update

Phill, et al,

The MO Cruise is taking shape. I have approximately onfirmed cars! I am finalizing a cruising route and getting permission to gather someplace in Jeff County. More to come later.

OK, we have so far:
5 Pony cars (maybe two more, at least), including an '07 Shelby, a nasty big block MOPAR (whom I'd love to see stomp a mudhole in the Chevelle's ass and walk it dry), the alledged 11 second Chevelle, a '59 Chevy, a '53 Mercury, two Corvettes and a 56 Chevy truck. These are the people whom are confirmed. There are at least that many more who SAY they will be there. More to come later...
