All, I gave Zimmer access again.. I will be monitoring him. I have talked to him.. Don't do anything until I say..

So he can run roughshot on the forums and basically tell all the appointed Mods/Supermods to F*** Off? And you let him have access again? Emilio this is unsat. I usually support you but this is crap. If nobody else will say it I will. Nobody has anything out for him, he continues to provoke over and over. You have just taken all your moderators power away from them because he got access back.......oh wait he never lost it because he knows a way around a ban or someone was hooking him up. Total BS Emilio. And you know it. If you dont want to irritate him because he donated, I will give you the 10 dollars to mail to him for his donation. I told him about 500 times to contact you instead of continuing and all he did was continue. The reason I originally banned him was to stop the escalation. Well that was because it is easier to remove 1 than it is to ban all the SM's that were on. Remove 1 and the situation was solved. Call me about my continuing to be a member here.........

we all warned him about 100 times total to stop and to contact you. when your calling other mebers this and that and talking mad **** and provoking lots of members and most of them moderators and higher. its ok though i guess we do support street racing and videos even after we told them not to post them weeks ago. i wonder what our sponsors think.... unless we dont care about that any more either. dont call this a family site either any more... wow way to make me regret the 100's of dollars i have donated and parts and time and effort..... thats why i have a scs accoutn so i can be a "E-thug" just made every mod look stupid.... im wiht gibs on this one ciao'

Once he was banned, some one kept unbanning so he could Spam the Mod Forums with crap Infractions.
I was willing to pay his 10 bucks also to get rid of him.
You want Street Racing on here and expect our Rep to not get tarnished, guess what? That ain't going to happen and I don't want to be associated with it!!
HP2 and myself busted out butts getting this Toy Cruise together, this site is listed In the Ramona Sentinel. All it takes is one person to create a Profile and everything we worked for is down the drain!!

I banned him for a reason. I have never banned anyone on this site before but this joker asked for it his complete disregard for club rules and personal attacks against the members were totally uncalled for. If we allow dumb asses like this in our club we might as well join stang pede.

All, trust me your creditability is not ruined, we spoke and I told him this is how I run things. If he does not like it, I will personally ask the moderators to boot you for good. No questions asked. he was very Apologetics and was just fustrated. I told him the moderators were right for what they did. And next BS I see, I will deal with it.
Well then EMilio how bout having him do something about it instead the rest of the club watched him get banned, then continue to piss off every mod on the forum, just to be allowed back. I think either you or him needs to address everyone about why he is to remain and what will not happen again. Also, how did he continually beat the ban? Why do SM's not have the power to boot people just to ban and obviously that dont work...... I am still waiting for the phone call. Letting him stay without a ban of some sort you did take the power of a moderator away from us. For 3 hours or so this dude did whatever he wanted and taunted all the Mods on here by insulting and everything else........ well I am a Mod because I want to help, but expect that someone has my back when I make a decision. I guess that isnt gonna happen. You warned him about a week ago. Enough said. Fix it the right way. Dont put a bandaid on it.

I did ban him for 24 hours and low and behold he is right back still talkin all the smack he wants.
Gibs, that is why there are asterisk, cause you can't stop all the cuzz words and I am gilty of some. Look, I am working with Foxman and Iciduo to have them removed, as I would love to do it, I have to take into account the President and VP of there chapter... I dont believe that is enough for the way he was today. I was banned permanently by IP address for alot less than this on Stangnet. I told a moderator he was crazy about something, no cursing no nothing, just disagreed with him..... Alot of the other forums I am on(42 total I can list them but I dont want to eat up bandwidth) would never stand for that crap. Even SCS would have probably banned him for acting that way. That is saying alot too, it is difficult to get banned there...right Yose? Anyway, this is not taken care of in my book.

well the majority of infractions were for insulting other members how many times have we done that? i know we all cuss hell were effing sailors
