What is wrong with all mustangs from 64 1/2 to 2007? The horses in grills all run backwards. If you go to a actual horse track they run the oppisite way. When the lead desighner seen them coming off the assy line in 64 he asked how many have we rolled out so far. They told him 1200 so he kept the horse running backwards to this day and ford never changed the design

The reason there all backwards i because the guy that designed the first mustang in 63 was left handed and could only draw them running that way. I seen a show on SPEED Chanel about mustangs(dont remember the name) and that question came up. Ill see if i can find it again

Ya when they started making everything for the cars they went off o the exact design he had drawn up and that was with the backwards horse. nobody caught it til they had all ready made to many of them to change it.
