Nasty-Shelby GT-500 with 3.4 Whipple 23psi

This Shelby GT-500 has a 3.4 Whipple, a set of long tube headers and 3in. mid-pipe back. The boost is @23psi on 110-oct. gas. The car laid down 840hp & 804tq. We also did some little things like gauges, new air filter(bigger) when it was here. check it out!

Very nice numbers, but on a stock lower end he's pushing the limit. I spoke to a tuner here in San Diego that saw a GT500 put down 800rwhp. After a few weeks, the car was detuned so that it would last.

Great numbers....but not for long.

On another not so humorous note...you SHOULD go this route E instead of the Shelby route! More power less money!
