That looks awesome! How did you wire it up? 30-40 amps is a lot. I had some problems with amp spikes on mine. It kept on blowing my 30amp fuses when it would kick on.
After some research I found that this flex-a-lite fan controller fixes that problem by kicking on at 60% and after the water temps go up an additional 10* it will kick on 100%. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FLX-33054/ Just a suggestion in case you have any problems in the future. Just in case carry extra fuses in the car.
I wired right off the hot side of the soleniod, then through a 40amp breaker (autoreset) through individual 30amp switches and then to the fan. No auto starts, just all switches.
Nice link: If I get sick of the manual control or spike my system, I'll have to get one.
I originally bought one of those painless wiring kits and that piece of crap breaker would trip from engine heat and it wouldn't kick back on. It left me stranded once and I cut the sob out, lol. Then it ran for a 1yr or 2 with no issues and then all of a sudden it kept blowing fuses. Anyway,
The install looks great and the fan/rad combo is the SH*T! Nice work AGAIN...............AGAIN.
