didnt you just replace your idlers? Maybe you got one too tight. Normally that is where belt noises come from. I would have to hear it.

Check it out!

Using a 1/2 long ratchet loosen the belt off the alternator pulley laying off the belt to the side. Now examine each pulley including the AC pulley for side play/ wobble. The AC pulley has a bearing behind it to free wheel when not in use. When this bearing starst to go bad it will start dragging on the belt sounding like a idler pulley is going bad. Check each pulley by putting your hand on it/ side play/ looseness and also spinning it, while putting the belt off to the side to do so. If all are still ok, now check the belt tensioner by leaving the belt off and moving the tensioner thru its range of motion and looking for alignment problems, moving away or too far inn toward the timing cover. This too will cause stress on the belt whils making noise like a bad idler pulley. If it is still ok check the pulley ON the belt tensioner. Hopes this helps, I just trouble shooted a members ride for the same thing.
Jk
