i got denied orders to a reserve unit today, but i was told i can go to ANY MALS in the marine corps i want. so, i submitted to MALS-14 cherry point, requested date of october first. im outa here! finally. no offense to the san diego guys, i love you all, but ive been at a BS command for 3 and a half years and im tired of it. get to live out in the boondocks, tons of tracks....and i bet i can light up a chapter out there too.

Congrats BJ.....Cherry Point, that's in North Carolina, right? Hellz yeah, start a NC chapter and hook up with the SC chapter.

okay, i got the dates. i re-up on tuesday the 1st, and i am to check into MALS 14 no earlier than the 20th of october and no later than the 18th of november. so i am gonna plan on leaving on the 15th of october and taking 10 days.

also i get 21 days ptad before i leave, so there goes the middle end o september, then i start checking out...looks like the coranado thing will be my last

like i said, i am leaving oct 15th when my lease ends....will it be before then?? my car is stripped and isnt the greatest cruiser right now. when i get to NC im gettin a cheap bike and turning my fox into a track car.
