Ok, everyone I am not sure if it was because of the holidays and they were beening nice or it is how they treat all there customers... But, I left there happy today.
First, I took in My Shelby to check out the rear diff leak, and showed them the TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) I posted. I get a call back and they say if I want to come pick up a rental or just leave the car until the parts arrive, I am on vaction and do not need the shelby so I leave it there.
Ok, I get a call to come and pick up my car and they show me everything that was done to the car and the old parts. They installed a bunch and I was in shock.. They also said we went ahead and removed the rear diffential cover and check for wear and tear and replaced your fluid and re-sealed with a new cover.. If it leaks again bring it back for a replacement rear end :jaw: wow.. nice customer service reminds me of when I went to the mercedes dealership
I go to pick up my car and decide I am going to leave Monica's edge there to get an oil change. I get a call from the dealer and the tires on the edge are worn bad in the front and the rear has a hugh slit in the back tire and ready to pop.. Which all this I knew already just too lazy to get it done. He say, I priced new tires for you and the installation would cost 500.00. Do you want us to do it yes or no. Monica say I get paid next week can it wait. The dealers says don't worry about it, We are going to install the new tires and balance the wheels, just stop back next week to pay. That was cool of them and I have never heard of anything like that.... Not sure if it will happen to others, but, I have to give them a :thumb:

I have heard on hear of a couple of members with bad experieces with them and never took my car there until now....
