pre-92 engine swap races

I saw this on another forum

Car Craft is putting together a show in Arizona. They are calling out pre92 cars with engine swaps. The club car would qualify. Only problem is that its in AZ

No it doesn't qualify actually.

• Vehicles must have current registration, insurance, and a rear license plate. Vehicles must have working headlights, and brake lights.
• Vehicles must have a complete interior, glass, carpet, and upholstery. No sheetmetal interiors.
