Pics from removing the fender apron that was in terrible condition......

Here are a couple original markings from the factory.....looks like 5A 1 2G Those were written in grease pencil on the paint when it was coming off the line....

Lower seam after hitting it with a wire wheel on a DeWalt 4.5" grinder for about a minute or 2...

After hitting it again for 30 seconds with the Pressure blaster using Aluminum oxide....that stuff kicks ass......

Yes alot of work.....piece by piece it will not be as bad. As long as I dont look at the entire thing at one time I am ok....I am doing the engine bay first then the frame rails then the mid section.....
