Relay For Life

Hey guys I'm going to be participating in the Relay for Life this year with the Target team. I wanted to ask you guys if you would like to donate to our team, any amount no matter how small would be appreciated. This is a great cause and 100% of the proceeds go to The American Cancer Society. As most of you know i have a personal connection to this cause, my dad was diagnosed with cancer, fought through it, and thankfully survived (and still has more energy than most of us and is twice our age). So once again guys any donations would be appreciated, and I would also like to urge you guys to come out and participate, it is on Saturday October 10th at Hanford High, I'll be there all 24 hours. San Diego guys any donations from you would also be greatly appreciated, i can send you guys or post on here the link to my Relayforlife.com profile and the donations can be made right there. i'd like to thank you all on behalf of myself and the entire Target Relay for Life team.

First off I would like to say thanks to Renegade and everyone else who participates or donates to this cause either via Shane and his Target team or any other way. I organized a team three years in a row at my last duty station and we raised a total of over $7,000. I have lost many relatives to this disease and my wife lost her mother to cancer. I remember a couple of other posts in the past concerning someone being affected by cancer. Im pretty sure it has touched all of us over the years. This cause is very near and dear to me. So again I say thank you Shane and everyone else who has done something to help find a cure for cancer.

joe, it's great to see you post and know you're doing alright. workin' hard over here to keep our chapter going the way we started it this year.

i'll be sure to show my support for this event. it's a ways away so there's a lot of time to prepare.

id love for our chapter to have a team for next years event, but you need 24 people, if we can get that many people i say we do it, im already taking on the responsibility as team captain for the target team next year but i can organize a team for us, but we would all have to help out. we could even hold a charity car show to raise money. Jay please put this on next months meeting agenda
