Rough idle/skip

I've just taken the smog pump and piping off my 91 lx and put on a set of long tube headers. My car ran fine beforehand, but now it idles like its got a big cam and has a decent skip too. Anyone have any advice on my issues?

what piping? The smog stuff? How are your plugs and wires?

The piping from the smog pump that runs to the back Side of the heads and that connects to the exhaust. The plugs were changed at the same time and gapped at .054.
