Selma’s Annual “Parkin in the Park”
Location: Lincoln Park ~ Rose & McCall Avenues, Selma, CA
Event Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Event description: Selma’s 3rd Annual “Parkin in the Park” Car Show sponsored by the Selma Auto Mall. The event will include a fun-filled car show, craft, food and automotive vendors, an opportunity drawing, children’s play area, musical entertainment and much more.
The pre-registration entry fee is $25.00 and will include an event T-shirt, goodie bag and pancake breakfast. Day of the event entry is also available for $25.00, but will not include the T-shirt ($20.00 day of the event) or breakfast ($5.00 day of the event). Early registration deadline is September 11, 2009. The event will have a “Show & Shine area where the entry fee is only $10.00 and is reserved for entries (1974 and newer), Space in this area is limited.
Cash prizes will include: Best of Show $250.00 (provided by the Selma Auto Mall) and $100.00 prizes in each of the following categories: Best Muscle, Best Pain, Best Engine, Best Street/Hot Rod, Best Interior, Best Stock Original, Best Custom, Best Motorcycle, Best Modified, Best Truck, Best Convertible, and More. There will also be 1st place trophies, merchant awards and special category awards also presented.
