The Steeda 03?04 Cobra belt tensioner creates more belt wrap around the blower pulley, for less belt slip. This is designed for smaller boost pulleys and higher boost applications where belt tension and grip is important. Steeda has a patent pending on this product, they've worked hard to correct this problem. The kit also includes a 100mm billet aluminum idler pulley for the tensioner.
