it's the nfl, players will get dinged... the season is 16 games long... eventually, yeah they will get hurt. only way you can almost guarantee the player on the cover won't sustain any sort of injury is if you put a punter or kicker on there...

curse or just coincidence? i'm leaning towards the latter as yeah, players will get injured playing football.
