The quickest and fastest car at SpeedWorld in Phoenix last Saturday night .........

[Mach1Marauder]

.......was a TT 5.4 Modular Ford 05 Mustang that was driven by a woman that's only had her license for four months! This was during the monthly "Arizona's Fastest Street Car" event.
She ran 7.92 @ 181. That beats her PB from last weekend of 8.01 @ 175 where she was also the quickest and fastest car at the track.:rockrock:
She was in this.

I'm pretty sure this makes her the quickest and fastest woman in a Modular Ford..............correct me if I'm wrong!
The best part of the night, other than her running the number, was the expressions on all the guys faces when they came to the pits and asked who the driver was and I say, "There's only one of us here wearing fire suit pants." and then point to Dana!:roflrofl:

I'm off to the track with the above car to see if she can better last weeks run.
It may be tougher since it's hotter, but I hope the track is prepped as well as last week.

After putting the car down for 3 months to make some mods and refresh the engine, we ran a new best in the warm daylight on Sunday.

7.90@179 with the boost pulled back a bit since with the freshened engine, the boost was ramping in pretty hard.

It's time to get the car to run in the PSCA.
That means a baseline scaling of the car, swapping to a smaller tire , adding weight , and then rescaling to make sure the percentages of weight distribution is the same.:nonono:..................but they tell me "That's Racing!"
