Don't rush to buy it. I'm telling you, there are a lot of 99-04, especially 02-04's with a lot lower miles and at a lower price too. Just check CL, auto traders, and any of those other car website. There's plenty out there.

yea man dont rush it that a crap load of miles 4 that year that only 10k less then mine and i have a 95. keep looking brotha dont jump at the 1st opportunity

Speaking from experience, Don't buy the first car you see that works for you money wise, next week a car will be for sale that is twice the car for the same money, and it will make you hate that car!

Not true AT ALL. May be a popular custom, but no mandated by any law. Either buyer or seller can handle that, but most sellers take care of it prior to selling to facilitate the selling process or entice buyers to choose thiers over other vehicles.

If I am wrong please direct me to a DMV or State of California site where it's stated
