Timing???

Ok guys I'm getting ready to rebuild the top end on my 03 Mach 1, Im adding long tubes and the FRPP high lift cam kit as well as a bit of porting. A local machine shop is rebuilding and porting the heads as well as installing the cams, but i will be putting the motor back together. This isn't my first rebuild, but it is my first mod motor rebuild and i've heard the "only a professional" can time these 4 valve motors, but i don't have the money to have a shop time the motor considering they all want about $1,000 to time it. So i was wandering/hoping if some of you could help me out and tell me how to time my motor. Any input will be helpful, thanks.

not hard at all dude,,, ive done mine,,,, oh 3 times now.. not that im proud of that!!

i i had one suggestion for you though!! its, dont go with long tubes man!! its just not worth it, theyre damn near impossible to install, and you cant do any tranny work, or much else down there with them installed!! if you dont beleive me, ask any one on the site thats had a chance to play with my long tubes!!! theyre such a pain in the ass, ive thought about on several occasions selling them and buying short tubes!!! just not worth it man!!
