Hey guys, I could have sworn we already had a thread about this but I couldnt find it. I need to replace my back tires soon and am thinking about going ahead and just buying the rims and tires I want. Whats the biggets I can go on the rear without having to roll my fenders? 275s? And what about on the front? I want ZERO rubbing issues. 245? Thanks!

alot will depend on the wheels, backspacing and offset, i know my pace car rubs 245's in the front at almost full lock with pony's.

On my 90 notch, I have 255's in front and only rub slightly when I bottom out, and the car is lowered. In the rear I have been able to squeeze 285's on the GT500 wheels, but you'll have to roll the fenders and remove the quadshocks. And keep in mind, I have Lincoln axles in the rear.

On the 93 Cobra I had 255/45 all the way around without any issues. I've seen them run up to 275's in the rear

Why not roll the fenders? Emilio has the kit. If you didn't donate to the purchase of the tools you can still make a donation to get to use it. If you warm up the paint with a heat gun you won't have paint cracking issues
