That just means they exhausted all means of getting a finance company to approve the loan. The last thing a dealer wants is to "unwind" the deal. No one gets paid at that point.

The dealers finance managers do try to influence the lenders to approve the deals. If you think another dealer can do it, remember....they work with the same lenders. It's the lenders that couldn't approve it, not the dealer. Another dealer may have an advantage because of a special relationship with lenders, or they may have a really good "re-hash" person that can convince the loan buyer to approve it.
