I got the pulley on and I am getting about 13 psi. The biggest improvement is i am getting boost much faster and at a lower RPM. I need to find a dyno out here and see what I am pushing now.

That is great news. The pressure you see on your gauge is actually "back pressure" from the engine. The lower the psi, with the smaller pully, the better. This means that your heads, intake and exhaust are flowing very well. Always remember, the engine is an air pump; the more you move the air, the more you move the car. CONGRATS!!!
