Yes he was trying to get it started but, he was saying that the scene was dead in CC me beening from Brownsville, I know what he is talking about.. Our Main Chapter is in SA...
Sorry I'm moving to San diego if not I would help out in cc I live in portland now

yes sir.....the gathering your speaking of was an event called MustangFest
had mustang drive from oklahoma,minnesota and other city's from TX
come to corpus/port aransas that was an awesome gathering.:rock:

Hey, Its Steve(redstangstage2)...Im waiting on my original account because I fell off the map for awhile and forgot my password...anyways, Yeah I tried forever to get it going in CC but lonestarstangs is very prevolant out there and seemed to have everyone recruited out there already. Made it a bit more difficult. Im now in Indiana, doing my college thing but I plan to move back out that way in about a year...Congrats on the 13 members you were able to recruit.

You have one thing on your side...the Mustang club in Corpus..SUCKS. I went to one meeting and never went back. Their annual car show was ok one year, sucked the next year, ok the next. They dont race, do that many car shows or anything. I have seen them tailhook the Corvette events more than anything. Corpus does have ********* and a good friend of mine is heading that up there. There simply are not that many Stangs in Corpus so the scene is dead. I belonged to ccstreetscene which is little bit of everything and some serious people on that site. Good luck!

Im hoping that it picks up before I get back there, if not I'll go on the hunt again to recruit some more members. I saw ALOT of stangs out there when I was there, just had no idea where in the world they went after I saw them on the highway. I even chased a few down, lol. Thats how the lemoore/hanford california chapter was before we all dedicated ourself to recruiting new members...and when I left there they were holding about 60 members strong and there was initially 4 of us when it all started.

I know what thats like! We were part of a Mustang Club in SC and left to start our own chapter. There were three guys who did the footwork one of which JUST test me on WickedStangs and is now a member(small world). We left with about 40 members and started a killer Mustang Club. She was even mentioned in several magazine. Take time..and alot of work. -Shane

That it does, I still have WS stickers that I made from Cali as well, Cant wait to get back into the scene, there isnt but a few stangs out here in Indiana...and alot of corn

Thats pretty close to the area Im in right now, within about a 50 mile range anyways. Alot of back roads to test your car on...not many people to join in on the fun
