We need to start this for cooridnating the Volunteers. Emilio can you post info -

When to be there - Saturday is the main event but, you are welcome to come both days.
What to do - Posted next to each name.. Remember the Barona officials will tell you what to do.
How many people - We need only 7 but, am sending 10 names...

and w/e else - I'll update this as more info comes in


All, I have all the volunteers I can accept.. Sorry if I didn't get you on the list... I was only aloud 7 but, sent them 10.

YES yes!! We need more info on this. The event is so close and not much is known for the volunteers. And yea Tacrunner knows he misspelled lol! He's at work, hard to get things right :)
and maybe me too??? Mispelled? Misspelled LOL

I believe we will be handing out assignments on Friday night. So, whoever will be there on Friday, could probably help with registering whomever wants to register that night. But majority of the help will be for Saturday as I'm thinking most that will race will come on Saturday.

We will need people, at least 3, with registering participants for the event and marking the vehicles that have registered.
We will need help with staging, but will pull from the volunteers that were helping with registration. Registration will end once race starts. Those volunteers will help stage car according to their class and other duty.
We will need volunteers in the return lane. To record time of participants run. May have additional duty.
We may need someone in the booth where we first come in to help direct participant to our registration tent.
Not sure, but may need someone up at the track control booth, but will check on Friday.

If we can get 7 volunteers, that would be great. Additional information will be given at Barona when a few more items need to be cleared up with Barona.
