the car is something around 3900 lbs it has 425 hp and it ran a 13.6... yea it had a 107 trap speed but its not going to get better with traction.... it had no issues... is a big heavy turd!

the 05 and up mustangs ar running the same time stock with a 100 less horse power... how can you say those are good times... GM ****ed up with this one!

Yeah a stock S197 GT will do 13.5 and that is the SS......weak........The dang TBSS runs just a hair slower than the Camaro? That is an issue.


Waste of money. I am taking my name off the list.

yea gibs i was really happy chevy was bring the camaro back i really was... but now im very disapointed....

I can see this car maybe having abest ET of about a 13.4 sense the 60 foot was really slow being a 2.3 but i mean come on now!

just watched the video agian... he was launching at about 2000 to 2500 he said.... so maybe the 60 foot wont get better

How long has Chevy had this in developement??? How far did they miss the mark?? They f'd up in the 1st place not getting a new camaro out there as soon as the S197's hit the street. They have justified the long wait with inflated performance expectations which have obviously missed the mark. It is sad.

i test drove one at a miramar convention and they still seemed like nice cars to drive...maybe the driver just sucked

well, the camaro has always needed more hp than the mustang to compete. i just think its funny that the new camaro runs the same as the old z28. and ichiduo, i feel ya man, same here with my little 250hp fox. but the 60ft times probably due to ****ty tires tho.

the real bad news is chevy might not make the z28 with the 550hp supercharged 6.2L. that would have been bad ass.

even tho the car is slower than expected, its still a nice car. jsut over hyped

Driver mod needed!!!!
my stock 05 pulled a 1.7 sec 60ft. on stock tires with 30+ psi in the tires at barona. the Camaro could be faster with a better driver

id have to see a time slip....wait it was in the left lane huh???? yeah about that.... were they consistant 1.7s all day??? doesnt seem thesable in a stock gt, stock weight??...and the stock tires too? no n2o or anything? i cut a high 1.7 to low 1.8 in a stock 03 cobra with a 4500 launch and MT et streets.......or maybe you really are that good.
