honestly, i didnt care for mccain or obama, niether seemed good for the situation, thats why i refused to vote

That is the truth. This guy best whistle the right tune when he gets into office. I have young men in my family and many good friends that walk the streets in Arab countries. He better get it right.

I don't care for Obama, but for the sake of our men and women in uniform, I hope he gets it right.
I cant believe he is still alive...... I am also worried about the fact that 1. he was not born in the U.S., 2. He has never served in the military so how can he command it......

Everything about him just don't feel right. What was he, a first term Senator?
I can deal with someone not having military experience, but if he knows what he's doing, I have no problem (Ronald Reagan for example). I don't get that same feeling with Obama.

seriously the stupidest post ive ever read. and yes i read the post where phil claimed victory over a gt500.
for one, jon mccain has been a senator for decades, retired as correct me if im wrong but a commander in the navy, had 4 years in the hanoi hilton, hes a decorated war veteran with experience as boots on the ground and as an official in office. that is not qualified to you? no to mention you follow it up with "thats why i didnt vote"? i want to work for the government but i dont want to have any say on who my boss is, you know statistically speaking democrats do bad things for th e military when in office and the republicans generally speaking give us raises and improve our quality of life? if you dont know enough to make a good decision the answer is not voting, its educating yourself. btw, guess who i voted for.lol.
