Did you know that all White v6 mustangs were originally not supposed to be V6es at all. In fact all white mustangs in that time frame were destined to be none other than gt's, cobras, saleens etc... The only V6es that came out white were the ones that had flaws in the paint

No just remember your car was destined to originally be a more powerful version. You should feel honored

The only tiime I ran at the track was horrible but a good story behind it.

So I used to work at a dealership selling cars and while doing so I became the person who sold the second most 06' shelby gt-h's in the world. My sales included 4 to one of Carrols personal friends, 1 to John Luft president of Shelby licensing and 1 to Alexandria Phillips Member opf the board of directors for the petterson museum. Well because of my status with shelby gt-h's i got invited to Carrols 85th Birthday in Vegas. Well I ended up taking my Roush up there knowing that I was told it wouldnt be allowed on the road course or dragstrip since they didnt want shelbys competition racing them. So when we were up there we were just going to stay one night and head back down so my trunk was packed full and the car had all kinds of crap in it. Well when we got there they ended up letting me on the dragstrip. but in order to get tech inspected i had to shove evrything in the car into the trunk lol. so now i went on the track and consistently was running 14.7 and was getting pissed because i couldnt gain traction until 4th gear no matter how i was launching. so after making about 8 passes we decided to stay another night. Well we woke up to leave on Sunday and went to get gas for the ride home and I felt my tires now when I felt them I thought I had a set of slicks on th eback they were completely bald. So know I figured out why I was running so crappy. So now i am getting a pair of nitto 555r's and will go back to the track. stock with nittos I should be able to run hig 13's low 14's. Then soon I want to find a deal 150 shot and just call it a day

Yeah traction is a big issue. I had a best of 13.6 in bakersfield spinning badly with a set of Ripken 255's on rear. Now I got a set of BFG's 285's and dropped a full second at Qualcom. I ran a 8.4. I want to get a set of slicks and see what the car will really do. I think with the new headers, T.B. , 100 shot NOS it should be in 12's I even tried some Nitto drag radials on my stock rims and coulnt get it any faster that 13.6. I personaly don't like Nittos but I only bought the for 50$ after some wheeling and dealing on cragislist. To me it seemed if you didnt heat them up just right they where worthless. To much and they got greasy

I would go with the BFG's if you could. Have you ever dynoed your car? I run the same size tire as you. I have the 18x10 shelby wheels on my car Emilio hasnt updated my banner yet with new pics of my car. If you go to pics and go to coronado speed festival there are some pretty good ones on there. I have the Roush bumper on front spoiler on back
