A note from the swim team:

I just received the flag from the men in Iraq. The flag and the
accompanying document choked me and my teammates up. We feel very
privileged to receive such a gift. (It's probably the most meaningful
thing I have ever been given.) Please pass along my thanks to Camp
Shane Patton in Fallujah. Thank them for protecting us--and freedoms
that have lead to Team USA's success. I hope that they are enjoying The
Games so far....we are doing our best to make them, and all Americans,
proud.

A little more information on Larsen Jensen:

Larsen is trying for an OCS slot to BUD/s in the fall. He won Bronze in the 400 free and has his big race on Sat - the 1500. The SOTF-W guys flew a flag for him and Team USA - just got there yesterday.
Someone to cheer for - good stuff.

Hells yeah i brought two flags back from Iraq with me that had been flown over the war zone. I have one medal box but need another one then one is going to my mom and one to my wifes mom and dad.
