here is the long story short. A few years ago i bought a basket case project truck and got it mostly running. the navy was taking all my time, so i was going to sell it. dad new i loved the truck so he took it from me, and began working on it. the deal was, if he sold it i got 50% of the money. well today he called and now that it runs 100%(needs shocks and exhaust, and some body work) he's giving it back. this truck is very custom, and i'm not going into specifics. but, i dont need two toys. So, i think im going to get rid of my fox.

A) put a stock motor in it and sell it(mod list for the rest of the car is in my garage) whats it worth?

b) pull my motor and sell it with no motor, but most of the fuel injection parts
whats it worth

c) pull my motor and part it out

as you can see, i am keeping my motor. i built it, its mine, and i have no desire to part with it.

well it all depends how soon you need the money if you have time just try to post it on craigslist for whole or part and trust me you will get plenty of offers for both options. if you are 100 on keeping you motor just install the other one into it and offer it up as a whole and or parts and see how much you can make.

im not selling it for the money, i just dont want the car sitting around rotting. So, there is no rush on it at all. IF i needed the money, i'd have sold it long ago.

the other motor, is the stock motor that came out of the car when i put my built motor in.
Its a 75,000 mile stock 89 5liter
