man,i cant belive how that bastard had the guts to kill a baby! i dont think death panalty is enough for that animal,life in jail and hopefully he gets treated the worst possible and beaten...man im pissed and sad to hear that!
Death by firing squad should come back to the states. This idiot should at least get the chair so he feels some pain.

If he gets life in prison, he'll wish he was dead. Child molester or killer usually needs to be placed in a segregation and out of general population for their safety. Other inmates do not take kindly to those types of convicts. They usually gets severly beaten or killed. Sounds good to me. Put him in General Pop.....quicker execution then with a death sentence and no wasted money for the thousands of appeals.

I dont agree with life in prison at the tax payers expense. Certain people need to die period. The others need to work to feed themselves in prison. A baby....what gives? :nonono:

Its too easy for him with the death sentence. Not painful enough. Plus the all the appeals actually cost more. In general pop, he may actually die sooner and more painful.
I would like to use him as target practice. I am sure a few precise hots in various locations could make him feel more pain than that poor baby did. Sounds like a real winner of a family too. Fathers already in Jail...... Mother took repeated beating and was so scared of him but failed to show to court.......she should be used as target practise too for allowing it to happen. Selfish bitch left the kid with the guy after he threw the baby twice? Im sorry but your gonna kill me before I let you harm one of my kids!!!!!!!!!!

i saw this on CNN i hope he gets raped and beaten by everyone in jail. he first threw the baby across the room then kidnapped the baby and through it out the window. it was his ex g/f's baby and had no relation
I think they should let angry americans decide his punishment.....

Alan, It wasn't that he had "guts" to kill a baby and beat a woman, quite the reverse. He was a complete and utter coward. As to what should be done with him... an Ant hill and a Jar of honey come to mind.
