Haven't made the change yet but from what I'm told, Blu-Ray is to DVD what DVD was to VHS. HUGE improvement!

Amen, brother... wouldn't trade it for anything. I just bought the newest LG player, too. I must say it beats the hell outta my old Sony, hands down.

im running blu-ray also on a sony 5.1 with 8 inch sub to a 47in Sharp Aquos.... all in my little bedroom
