OK, Guys JBA got wind of our Event and contacted me and ask if maybe we can consider them as an END Point.

I also got of the phone with the owner of GRC Performance And he can accomadate 100 cars easy and he has never dynoed 35+ cars in a day. But, he is willing to give it a shot.. He is also a Diablosport Tuner and is willing to help out with Tunes..

Ok JBA just contacted me again and says they will make this big for us by letting all the major magazine and even having a big cook out and whatever we need.. I told them I have to see with the Wicked Stangs CarShow Committee.. What do you guys think.. They will also get flyers going for us...

it sounds good to me...i like JBA's shop, but would they be able to fit all of us. i saw their little show/bbq last sunday and they were packed with like 20-30 cars, imagine 50-60+

I also asked that and they say they can do it. That a couple of shops just went out of business and they are friends with the other shops there.

i like the publicity idea, and JBA's a good place. i say lets see if they can accomidate and if they can lets do it. its right off the 52 and not too hard to access with a large group either

OK well here it is....

It will cost 45 per car to Dyno. We have access to the parking on the street, at the place next door and in their lot. We can set up tables and such in the back area. We need 15 guarunteed people to get them to reserve for us. I do not know about the deal you were talking about but my contact there is.....

I think this will work. They will not come down in price because of the cost to them. I think that is what it was at last year so no big deal there.

I did not ask about discounts and other such things but I am sure you can arrange all of that stuff Emilio. He said get back with them when we get 15 or more.....probably a month before but we will be well ahead of that.
