yes it is....unless your a fox with the 5 lug swap and it could go back a lot further

yes and it will also fit 64- i dont know and i am pretty sure it fits 05-08 as well

Yes, they will fit an 05+. My Cobras are 04 and they fit just fine. The offsets are different by about 3/4 inch and using 04 and before wheels on 05+ gives you the look of having used spacers. The wheels are farther apart by 3/4 of an inch. Going the other way (putting 05+ on 04 and before looks silly, wheels are too far set into the wheel well-thus the need for spacers. But yes, they will fit.
