GM is making an 09!!!

Well I am happy GM is going to be making the Trailblazer SS in 09. They have cut the option packages with it but you can get it loaded and that is it. They are incorporating Bluetooth into it this year. The production does not seem to be as large as earlier years but hey there are not as many people looking to get one. For those that do not know. It is a Trailblazer with a LS2 and a 4 speed auto. Comes in either 2WD or AWD. also has a tune and upgraded suspension components.


I am happy. I still need an SUV and the wife wants a performance vehicle.....this is a great option at a lot less $$$$$ than a Jeep SRT8.

I figure out the door at about mid 30K.

I just got back from JJ Chevy. They have 2 left over 07 TBSS's. Quoted me around 30K with a sticker of 38700. Those both had about 125 miles on them. Not bad but I think they can do better. KBB says that same car Suggested retail is 35K.I bet they will try to low ball my trade though to make up the difference. The only difference between that the 07 and 09 is the bluetooth I think. Anyway, I think I may just be waiting for the classic to get shipped. I am just holding out to see the emails they send me with price drops on it. If they hit 28500 I will take it without arguing the price.

I might. I am going to wait a couple days for them to email me about the "NEW LOW PRICE" and then throw a low ball offer out there. I have seen the exact same TBSS options wise with upto 10K miles on them for 33-36 K though so I think it is not a bad deal but hey they can not tell me anything but NO. then I will go to another place.

good luck with it. you should check out the SRT-8 at carmax tho. i think they wanted 33 for it. AWD and a 5 speed, or six, not sure. just no the crappy GM 4.

The Jeep does not have the towing rating that the TBSS does either though. I need it to be able to tow.

Well my wife will be getting a new Chrysler Mini van next year. I guess untill Ford comes out with the Mustang Wagon she will be driving a mini van

Do you guys remember the 60's mustang concept wagon? Why not a 08.. I would buy it add some 20 inch rims, a tune, and special order s/c from factory LOL With all the comforts and a roof rack

thats terrible. that worse that the 4 door charger. if you want a fast wagon get a SRT-8 magnum, dont screw up a good car to make it more "versitile".

I have had 3 dealerships call me in 4 days about buying a TBSS.......

I told them if they can find a 07 or an 08 and give me a price I will let them know. I also informed them that JJ Chevy was courting me and 3 friends about the ones they have on the lot. Also, that they have thrown around some really nice offers as far as price.....

See if that helps me out a little bit.

well 29995 for it. And it has more miles than I thought. It has 4900 on it. But they Book Value on it is still 31K, and that is for a USED 07 not a new 07. There are no rebates and such so it is just them dropping the price. Started at 33K today then went to 32 then 31248 then 29995. When Michelle said 29K they said No chance in hell, they would not budge a penny more. They bought it for 36745 and its MSRP is 38970 or something like that. Anyway, I wont find an 08 or 09 for that. They are lowballing my trade though so.....off to Carmax in the morning to see if they will give me more for it. Wish I had leased that fucker. Anyway, anyone wanna buy a cheap SUV? 11K it is yours. Well I am gonna try to have it in the next few days.......Hopefully C-Max comes through and I do not have to just trade it in to the Stealership. I can not really argue with their justification though. It was the same reason I gave them when dropping their price down......SUV and gas prices. So I can not really ask for book on my trade and under book on theirs and think they will do it. Anyway, Anyone got 30K I can borrow? or 11K for my SUV? I will even throw in a wash job on it .........The Korean War Wagon is almost a thing of the past.
