Well, while you guys were out showing and selling I was sweating & Bleeding under my car today. I started at about 9am and had everything done by 3:30. I had to drop the tranny to switch the block plates out. In order to drop the tranny, I had to take off the drivers side header, oil dipstick, steering shaft, exhaust, driveshaft and starter.
This is what happens when you use the wrong block plate!
After getting all of those metal chunks cleaned off of my flexplate, I hit it with a scotch pad on my die grinder and cleaned it up. Installed everything and gave it a try...............
