[Jul 11, 2015] Race Car Day (engine start) (Vista, Ca)

It's that time!!!

The race car is ready to start and the big event will be happening at Holmes Automotive.

Kory was willing to store the race car at his garage and allow us to use his lifts and equipment to get the car going.

Start time will be 9am with going over the engine and cranking it over by hand. Once we turn it over by hand, we'll attempt to fire it up!!!!

New location is in the North County (VISTA), so all you Northern guys can get involved.

Yes she Runs but may needs some new injectors if any anybody has some 24lb fuel injectors laying around that are not being used we could use them!

what is wrong with the ones on there? Rebuild kits are pretty cheap...

Been sitting for a while, looks like they are stuck open as they were flooding two of the cylinders with fuel! Yes they may be able to be rebuilt, was just checking to see if anybody had some extra's laying around that were not in use!

I understand just asking, wouldn't be a bad idea of new ones.. I think Autozone has them for 20 bucks a piece..
